No, all outlet products are genuine ADEX USA tiles and meet our quality standards, but they have been discontinued and will not be restocked.

Shipping & Delivery

How will my order be shipped?

We offer shipping across the U.S. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.

When will my order ship?

Most orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-4 business days after purchase.

Can I choose my shipping carrier?

No, we work with trusted shipping partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery, but we do not offer carrier selection at checkout.

How will my tiles be delivered?

Light orders under 100 lb. will be shipped via UPS.
For orders over 100 lb., the shipment will be sent on a pallet via a freight carrier. In this case, our Customer Service Team will contact you to arrange the shipment manually and provide further details.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange outlet products?

All outlet sales are final—we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the
product arrives damaged or incorrect. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If you receive damaged items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at
customerservice@adexusa.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

What happens if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement if applicable.
